Data protection policy for personal data
Deep Dive Data Consulting (hereinafter referred to as the "company") implements a personal data protection policy, in accordance with GDPR - EU 2016/679, the Greek law 4624/2019 and the rest of European and Greek legislation.
The company processes personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently manner, for specific and legitimate purposes, which are communicated to the interested parties, collecting and processing only the necessary data and for the necessary duration to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. The company has implemented appropriate technical and organizational guarantees that ensure the security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or illegal processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.
This personal data protection policy that refers to the operation of the website www.deepdive.gr and the communication through it or the contact information published on it.
Collected Data
The company collects the following personal data from its website.
- Visitors to the website: personalized website browsing statistics using cookies, as long as the visitor has accepted their use by selecting the corresponding option in the displayed message, for the purpose of studying website traffic and improving its content. Examples include time and duration of visits per page, IP address, operating system & browser of the visitor's device and other similar data that are anonymous but could theoretically be used to identify a user or be identified with a user and therefore fall under the category of personal data character according to GDPR - EU 2016/679.
- Interested parties and subscribers to the company's newsletters who submit a form on the website: Name, phone number & contact email after explicit consent and the purpose of sending them informational material or carrying out any other communication or notification, depending on the request they submitted.
- Contracting parties with the company, future or prospective partners / contracting parties: the data necessary for the execution of the contract between them and the company, with the sole purpose of executing it or the data necessary for the preparation or evaluation in order to to conclude a contract / collaboration or to decide its course. For these cases, a specialized policy applies, which is communicated to these interested parties before the start of the cooperation or the relevant process.
The company does not collect special categories of personal data in accordance with the definition of Article 9 of GDPR - EU 2016/679.
How data is used
The company uses the personal data mentioned above exclusively for the objectives described in the present policy, making the following processing:
- Visitors to the website: compilation of anonymous browsing statistics on the website automatically based on the website's reporting tools.
- Those interested and registered in the company's newsletters who submit a form on the website: Saving the data in the company's customer management system (CRM), using them for individual or mass communication - campaign as well as conducting anonymous statistics.
- Contracting parties with the company, future or prospective partners / contracting parties: all processing necessary for the execution of the contract based on its terms, preparation or evaluation in order to conclude a contract / collaboration or to decide its course. For these cases, a specialized policy applies, which is communicated to these interested parties before the start of the cooperation or the relevant process.
Security measures
The company implements a comprehensive security policy for information systems that includes both technical and organizational means. The policy is based on best practices and modern security standards, covers the entire operation of the company and is mandatory for all employees and partners. Personal data is stored on specific company computers and systems that comply with specific security standards. Access to personal data is minimized to those who are absolutely necessary, based on a strict and controlled access policy. In addition, modern encryption methods, enhanced access controls and additional security tools and infrastructure are used whenever necessary.
Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data is transferred by the company to third parties in the following cases
- To public authorities for the fulfillment of obligations provided for by law.
- To partners of the company in the context of implementing projects on behalf of the client, if this is necessary and after informing the client
- Website browsing data is at the disposal of the company HubSpot Ireland Limited which operates the website management platform.
Rights of the Data Subject
The company ensures all the rights of the persons whose personal data are possessed by the company owns and all related processes as defined by law. Every request is answered by the company without delay and in any case within a month of receiving the request, except in exceptional cases as described in article 12.3 of the GDPR - EU 2016/679
