Most businesses run sales, finance, reporting and daily work in separate tools, and people fill the gaps by copying data by hand. We connect those systems so that each piece of information is entered once and is correct everywhere.

## What is systems integration?

Systems integration links separate software systems so they share data automatically. A customer created in your CRM appears in your accounting system. A payment recorded by finance shows on the customer's record in sales. A report updates itself, without anyone exporting a file.

It differs from data migration. Migration moves your data once, into a new system, and then it ends. Integration is a permanent connection between systems that both stay in use.

## What is disconnected software really costing you?

Disconnected systems don't fail loudly. They fail quietly, every day, and the damage builds up.

- **Double work.** Your people type the same data twice, and every retype is a chance for a mistake.
- **Dirty data.** Duplicates, outdated records and conflicting customer details pile up until nobody knows which version is right.
- **Decisions made blind.** Sales sees one number, finance sees another, and your reports can't be trusted.
- **Money lost in the gaps.** Invoices go out late, wrong or not at all, and payments go unnoticed.
- **A business that depends on heroes.** It runs only because someone remembers how to patch the mess.

The longer you wait, the bigger the mess gets. Every new customer, employee and tool adds to it.

- ### CRM ↔ ERP
  
  Sales and finance working from the same records: customers, products, invoices and payments, including compliant invoicing in Greece through myDATA.
- ### Reporting & Analytics Integration
  
  Your CRM and business data flowing into Excel, Google Sheets and BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau, so reports update on their own.
- ### Daily Operations Integration
  
  Email, chat, documents and workspaces such as Outlook, Gmail, Teams, Google Drive and Notion, tied to the right customer records.

## When is a ready-made connector enough?

Many tools come with a ready-made connector, and for simple cases that is the right choice. Connecting a single mailbox to a CRM, for example, rarely needs a consultant.

Custom work pays off when the case is more complex: several mailboxes and permission rules, invoices that must follow local tax law, or a process that spans three tools instead of two. If a connector covers your case, we will tell you and save you the cost. If it doesn't, we design what's missing.

Does a CRM integration work in real time?

Not always, and it usually does not need to. Where both systems support it, real-time triggers are possible; where they do not, a scheduled sync running as often as hourly is more reliable and cheaper to maintain. A few minutes of lag on an invoice is rarely a business problem. 

Can we connect our CRM to Power BI without manual CSV exports?

We set up automated data flowsfeeds your CRM data directly into your BI tools in real-time, removing manual work and keeping dashboards updated automatically.

Can you connect systems that have no ready-made connector?

 Usually yes, if the system exposes an API or a reliable export. This is most of what we do on the ERP and invoicing side. 

Do you use tools like Zapier and Make, or do you build custom code integrations?

We use both depending on your needs. For simple, standard automation tasks, we leverage tools like Zapier or Make to save you time and budget. For complex data mapping, high volume syncing, or security-sensitive data, we build custom API integrations.
